OPERATION RESTORE, INC.
YES WE CAN!!!! YES WE WILL!!!
Operation Restore‘s mission is to work in low income disenfranchised African American neighborhoods in Palm Beach County to help transform individual and community atmosphere away from a being victims of the drug retail market where gun violence and gangs cause youth delinquencies, families to be destroyed, and neighborhoods held in fear by thugs.
Our 7 point systematic no-tolerance program works with all like minded groups to help individuals and communities make the American dream a reality. In these low income disenfranchised neighborhoods the drug retail market gives power to gangs which promote murder and gun violence which holds these communities hostage. With a coordinated serious effort, we shall overcome this condition.
Our community-based mentoring program is one of the missing elements in changing the attitudes and the reality on our streets. from drugs and gangs that our community terrorists. It is a complex set of circumstances that help hold a significant portion of our population back, but a set of circumstances that can be overcome by setting our goals and working together to finally set things right.
We reject the notion that drugs, along with a high crime, and a high murder rate are inescapable natural consequences of poor black neighborhoods. We believe that tolerance of lawlessness, apathy, and a society that has repeatedly refused to invest in communities that have been overlooked and ignored bear a significant share of the responsibility. This is a result of our social culture bias and prejudice which are the catalyst for community decay and youth delinquency in the too many Black African American communities. Un equal opportunity in the handmaiden of unequal results.
We believe that the current awakening of our country to these problems has created an atmosphere in which people of all backgrounds are reevaluating their attitudes regarding equal justice and opportunity for us all.
Operation Restore assists deserving local folks who are ready to improve their situation Along with others, our two pronged mentoring program offers job and career training. At the same time we mentor the candidates to see their world in a different way. We make no exceptions nor uphold any excuses for any one to continue in gangs which are literally community terrorists, murderers, and drug dealers who destroy lives along with our families and communities.
We take responsibility to bring social change and a culture shift with a hands on approach to mentoring. Working with law enforcement and philanthropists in the community our mission is to transform the dominant influence in the community atmosphere into one of pride in self and community. I have been on both sides and I understand the mentality of at risk youth, I understand how they think and I know how to deal with them. All of the thugs know me and they respect me. This gives me a special ability to deal with them.
Once implemented in any neighborhood, our program will produce a major and measurable decrease of the retail drug market in a short time. When gangs and drug dealers see the police presence, people of the community, lawmakers and those from other neighborhoods working together, the cycles of drugs, murder, and youth being socialized to thug life with a culture of violence, will begin to break.
Along with MAMA and many others working on the streets we will cooperate with all likeminded efforts that believe in the American dream for all Life, liberty, and their pursuit of happiness. Together we will provide the target neighborhoods a chance to breath and to contribute to their own betterment. To do this Operation needs your financial help. Please consider supporting our efforts.

Bishop Dr. Phillip Dukes is a man who has lived three distinct lives. He was brought up in a upright churchgoing family. He veered far from his upbringing in his teens and twenties becoming a major dealer and addict. In his early thirties he returned to his disciplined upbringing. Despite his body being ravaged by his desolate lifestyle Dukes achieved his doctorate and became a Bishop in his church. Today Dr. Dukes is an activist against gun violence and mentors youngsters to avoid making the mistakes that he did in his own youth.
Dr. Dukes has not only been outspoken about gun violence, he has been a community hero who has put himself at risk to help clean the streets from the worst element.
