The mission of the West Atlantic Redevelopment Coalition, Inc. (WARC) is to advance redevelopment to improve the economic, social and cultural future of the West Atlantic Community. WARC advocates for sustainable and equitable growth to protecting the community from the negative consequences associated with structural racism. WARC is part of "The Set" aka "The Set Delray," "The Coalition" and "The Coalition Delray."

Housing Foundation of America, Inc. has been a leading HUD-approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization since 2005. Established October 2005, Housing Foundation of America, Inc. provides services for first time homebuyers, distressed homeowners, and any other needs as it pertains to workforce housing.

The Palm Beach County Food Bank is committed to being a strong leader for the other stakeholders and organizations that join us in addressing the issues surrounding hunger in Palm Beach County. There is a collective resolve in working together to help children, families and seniors in our community. Palm Beach County Food Bank's mission is to alleviate hunger in the community. They are focused on fighting hunger in Palm Beach County through 4 programs – Partner Marketplace, Nutrition Driven, Benefits Outreach, and Childhood Hunger Initiatives. Palm Beach County Food Bank supports close to 200 partner agencies in Palm Beach County with food, programs, resources and services.

Florida Rising organizes multi-racial movements to win elections, change laws, and create a state where everyone can be safe, happy, healthy and whole. Florida Rising builds independent political power that centers historically marginalized communities so everyday Floridians can shape the future.

Quantum Foundation was formed in 1995 with the net proceeds from the sale of JFK Medical Center in Atlantis, Florida. They began making grants in Palm Beach County in June 1997.
